Hi. I downloaded your SmitfraudFix according to your instructions. When I double clicked on smitfraudfix.cmd, I got a pink screen saying that the file process.exeis missing. But that file is defintely in the Smitfraudfix folder.
What do I do next?

are you running this from inside of a "zip" folder? make sure to extract.
