My clients frequently ask me for a good antispam product for Outlook/Outlook Express. Can anyone recommend either a good freeware antispam product?
And perhaps a paid version too?

Im a fan of http://www.spamfighter.com/
You can get it for free, it works for 30 days in pro mode. After that it goes into standard mode (which still works really good.) You can pay to keep it in pro mode (which doesnt offer much.) Its $29 for pro.
Check out http://www.spamfighter.com/Payment_Group_List.asp for a list of the features in each.

At work we use an outside server that all our emails go through first that filters them I think it is running SpamCop or something like that. For my home PC and E-Mail I just let Outlook's built in junk E-Mail filter handle it and modify it myself. I really don't have much else to add I don't know what would be a good add-in for it.

I've always found "Spamihilator" to be excellent - great email client integration, excellent Blacklist functionality and it's Freeware!

I'm with Gunslinger,
Mozilla Thunderbird all the way!... and don't look back.
Free and has a great Junk Email Filter already integrated into it.

A lot of clients use outlook for all of the outlook+exchange functionality that thunderbird doesnt have. The Lightning project is neat, but it isnt mature yet. So Outlook still serves a purpose.
Another option for outlook is filtering before it gets to the user. Do they have their own domain? If they do you could do one of the mail pass-through companies like Reflexion: http://www.reflexion.net/index.php
