I have just had a job come in for a Insurance Quote on a Acer Aspire 5536, her husband left the laptop on the cooker and the bottom plastic has melted, its no to bad, just melted away at the front, the computer still works and there is no issue with the computer, i have tried to look for a new bottom plastic and can't find any, it think the problem is the computer is too new, it's a only a month old, how would i quote the job if i don't know the price of the bottom plastic, or will i have to price the job for a new laptop, or will i have to email Acer about the part and price.

Yeah, I would just call Acer and ask them for a spare part replacement. New laptop parts would generally be impossible to find...so your SOoL there.
