Mozilla has released a new version of their internet browser, Firefox. The latest version number is 2.0.0.9.

This version fixed some bugs that were present in version 2.0.0.8 including its behavior to disable add-ons that were previously installed and a bug that causes the browser to crash on startup.

iTWire’s article mentions that there is an issue that has not been fixed in this version which is honoring the rules in the parental control settings in Vista when a user downloads a file. For Mac users, there are minor bugs that were not fixed as well as compatibility problems with Leopard.
