F-Secure Anti-Virus Flaw

by Lee

FrSirt.com has reported that one of F-Secure’s products called F-Secure Anti-Virus for Windows Servers has a flaw. It can be exploited by hackers or malware since they would be able to bypass the security checks that the software has implemented according to the report.

The report says that the affected product is version 7 but it does not say whether older products are also affected.

Malware or attackers can place a malicious file in the ‘system32′ directory of a Windows operating system by exploiting this vulnerability.
