A news has been released about Microsoft’s release on an updated Excel patch.

The patch is designed to fix the problem for certain Windows 2000 users. According to Microsoft, the ones who are affected are those that had been set to support Korean, Chinese, and Japanese languages by default.

They began to rework the patch after Excel 2000 users reported that they cannot open some Excel files after they installed the MS07-002 security update.
