PC Advisor has posted an article which gives people some advice when their computers that has a Windows operating system would not boot.
It says that if there is no noise that you can hear after you power up your PC, your PSU may have been damaged or it may be unplugged from the PC’s motherboard although that is a very unlikely scenario if a user has not opened his PC for a while.
Another problem that users may encounter is that there may be software conflict which prevents Windows from booting up correctly.
If Windows won’t load in safe mode, users should use the recovery console which is located in a boot-able disc.
