		<description>I can see starting up a business for $500. I basically run an outside business for the cost of  what I am already paying, i.e. internet, phone, and equipment costs. The biggest expense is advertising which consists of a few brochures which I print myself, business cards, and a newspaper ad twice a week.</description>
